Bowater Inc (BOW) left a Switch Hitter reversal setup on Friday and looks poised for a trip lower. Although it is a $20 stock, BOW has an average true range of 1.26 points, making it a suitable intraday trading candidate.
Beazer Homes (BZH) was a great trade all the way down from the mid 40’s. The stock is battered, but even at these low levels manages to put in pretty good travel range on the day. Friday’s Switch Hitter setup promises to lead to more downside volatility.
Oceaneering Intl Inc (OII) left a Switch Hitter long side setup on Friday. The stock has made several gap moves over the past few days and we will be most interested on smooth trade-through price action.
