Around the Horn: Stocks to Watch for January 4

On Thursday, we will be watching Alcan Aluminum (AL).  A Switch Hitter setup Friday led to a Fast Ball move on Wednesday.  The stock finished off its lows with a .618 retracement into the close, but is poised for a continuation move lower.

In Oil and Gas, Baker Hughes Inc (BHI), made a Fast Ball move down through the 20- and 50-period simple moving averageââ,¬â"¢s, breaking through two solid levels of support.

Constellation Energy Group (CEG) will be on the radar as a potential Sinker on Thursday.  If the stock tries to rally and fails on market weakness, we will look to short at or around the breakout failure price.

In the Home Builders (HGX.X), KB Home (KBH) will be on our list of potential Fast Ball shorts.  The entire group made a move lower Wednesday, and KBH had a long, steady and symmetrical decline.

Precision Castparts Corp (PCP) and Pinnacle West Capital Corp (PNW) are also Sinker setups worth watching on Thursday.
