Around the Horn: Stocks to Watch for December 27

On Wednesday, we will be watching Nordstrom Inc (JWN). The stock opened above the 20-period simple moving average and left a Fast Ball move closing right at the 50-period simple moving average.

We will also be on the lookout for a move in Marriott International Inc (MAR) which traded up and out of its recent consolidation at new highs for a Fast Ball move with Sinker potential.

Traders should be very conscious of the extremely low volume this week. Money parked on the sidelines is probably a very prudent trading plan until we have rung in the New Year.
