We plan to keep things relatively light on Tuesday, as there are more economic announcements then viable setups.  We will, however, keep Varian Medical Systems on screen throughout the session in anticipation of a continuation of Mondayââ,¬â"¢s Fast Ball expansion move.  The stock broke the 20- and 50-period simple moving averages, and should have downside room if the momentum picks up again.

Keep a close eye on the Producer Price Index on Tuesday. If the number comes in lower than expected, the bond and equities markets may rally.
