On Tuesday, we will be watching Bemis Inc (BMS) for a continuation of Mondayââ,¬â"¢s Fast Ball move higher. The company is a member of the consumer goods (CMR.X) sector which scored big gains on Monday as well.

On Friday, treasury officials indicated that they would ease their stance on America ââ,¬â"¢s mortgage giants. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac responded on Monday, and both will be on our watch list on Tuesday. Federal National Mortgage Association (FNM) is the most appealing of the mortgage stocks, with a solid Fast Ball move on the session.

One of our favorite stocks to trade, Forest Laboratories Inc (FRX) is on the watch list again, as it made a Fast Ball high and looks to have upside potential if it can get through 50.70 overhead resistance.

The CBOE Technology Index (TXX.X) added 1.6% on Monday and boosted Jabil Circuit (JBL), which reports after the Tuesday close. The stock left a Fast Ball above recent range resistance.   We will be watching for more upside on technology strength Tuesday.

Another solid day for the defense sector (DFX.X) had Lockheed Martin Corp in a Fast Ball range expansion at new highs. We will be watching both sides on this one on Tuesday, as new Fast Ball highs often have the potential for strong one-day moves in trend or contratrend directions.

Finally, financial products company Penncorp Financial Group Inc (PFG) had a Fast Ball move and has little resistance for intraday follow through on Tuesday. We will be watching this one all day as well.
