Around the Horn: Stocks to Watch for May 22

On Monday, we will watch Georgia Gulf Corporation for a continuation of Fridayâ�,��"�s Fast Ball move. Fridayâ�,��"�s price action has the stock back above the 20- and 50-period simple moving averages.

If the Home Builders (HGX.X) show weakness, I will look for shorting opportunities in Lennar Corp (LEN) and Pulte Homes (PHM).

MBIA Inc (MBI) left a Backdoor Slider short sale setup on the daily chart. We will have the stock on our watch list for Monday. MBIA looks most interesting below weekly support under 56.99.

A Fast Ball move in Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp (MRX) appears to have the stock ready to test its next weekly price support around 29.98.

Lawsuits are expensive, and when Omnicare Inc (OCR) announced that it had filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky against UnitedHealth Group Incorporated, OCR took a pounding. The stock made a Fast Ball move lower on extremely heavy trading and closed poorly on the session. I will be looking for pullback entry opportunities throughout the session on Monday.
