On Tuesday, MSC Industrial Inc. (MSM) made the Backdoor Slider continuation move we had been anticipating, and other than that, the day was pretty much a non-event. The indices moved around their central pivots, and most stocks were content to do the same.
On Wednesday, I will look for the market to pick an early direction and hope to see some increase in momentum. If we move lower, Agilent (A) looks interesting once again, as the stock gapped down and made a hig volume Fast Ball move lower throughout the session.
Agilent Technologies Inc. (A)

A Switch Hitter in Federated Investors (FII) also looks as though it has some potential on the session. If FII triggers and closes strongly in my favor, I may look to hold on to a piece as a swing trade. The stock has poor relative strength, and ranks low among its peers in the investment management sector.
Federated Investors

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd made a Fast Ball move lower on Tuesday and closed at about 25% off the bottom of the range. In Wednesdayââ,¬â"¢s session, I will look for a flat opening and weakness in the Consumer Index ($CMR.X) as a signal to short the stock a few ticks below Tuesdayââ,¬â"¢s close. I will set a tight stop and an initial profit target around 37.03 (the Tuesday session low). If the stock opens in the tail, I will look to short the Tuesday low.
