Long holiday weekends generally lead to a pretty slow start when trading resumes. Given the marketââ,¬â"¢s lack of conviction on Thursday, I figure Monday will be no exception. That being said, I will be keeping an eye on a Switch Hitter in Cooper Cameron (CAM) to see if the stock has found support and might be moving higher.

Frontier Oil (FTO) is also recovering ground in the second day of a Switch Hitter. Mondayââ,¬â"¢s test will be whether the stock has the ability to break through resistance at the 50 day simple moving average. Any move above the crucial inflection point could bring the buyers back to the table, especially with support from the oil index.

Centex Corp (CTX) has broken recent support and appears to be gearing up for a move lower. A possible retest of the 59.60 October lows might be in the cards this week.

Hovnanian Enterprises (HOV) is also suffering the consequences of interest rate jitters in home building. The stock broke March support, and is breaking significant support on the weekly chart.
