On Monday, Cabot Corp (CBT) managed to squeeze out a fractional gain while DTE Energy (DTE) handed made a .38 extension of Fridayââ,¬â"¢s Fast Ball.   Wendyââ,¬â"¢s (WEN) also served up around a .40 per share move.

On Tuesday, I expect trading to be rather uneventful as everyone waits for the new fed chairman to speak, but Aracruz Celulose SA ADR (ARA) looks interesting, as Mondayââ,¬â"¢s Fast Ball move closed well and could provide a continuation long side entry.

Freeport-Mcmoran Copper & Gold Inc (FCX) left a Line Drive on the daily chart on Monday.   While the stock did pull back into the close, the high end of the dayââ,¬â"¢s range acted as support, and FCX will be on my watch list on Tuesday.

A Switch Hitter pullback in Liz Claiborne Inc (LIZ) will be on my list Tuesday as well.   The stock looks poised for a retest of 39.77.

Pioneer Natural Resources Co (PXD) could not break Fridayââ,¬â"¢s Fast Ball high on Monday, and left what I call a Checked Swing in Around The Horn: A Traderââ,¬â"¢s Guide To Consistently Scoring In The Markets.   Basically, the pattern suggests that PXD might break lower on any weakness Tuesday, possibly retracing the Fast Ball move.   I will have it on my radar throughout the session.

Stryker Corp (SYK) had a Fast Ball expansion of range and volume on Monday.   I will be looking to short the stock on continued weakness, particularly if block sellers continue to push the tape lower.
