This week's remarkable strength continues without so much as a brief pullback to enable new buying into weakness! From a psychological perspective, the strength is being perpetuated by Wall Street's focus on the end of the Fed's 18-month rate hike cycle.  From a sector perspective, although the financials and energy stocks are doing well, it is Nasdaq technology in general, and the semiconductors (SMH) that are leading the charge.  With that in mind, let's take a big picture look at the Q's.
