Around the Horn: Stocks to Watch for January 9

Avery Dennison Corp (AVY) made a Fast Ball expansion move below recent support. We will look for further signs of weakness in the stock on Wednesday and Thursday. A move below 48.75 will be our cue for a potential short entry with a 5-minute or 25-tick resistance stop.

Becton Dickinson & Co (BDX) left a Double Header reversal setup, and will also be on the short-side radar for Wednesday. 88.41 will be the potential trigger price on the short entry on BDX, and 25-tick or 5-minute resistance will serve as the stop.

Finally, Devry Inc (DVY) made a Fast Ball move beneath recent support and will also be on our short sale short list for Wednesday. 49.37 will be the number to beat and 25-tick or 5-minute resistance will again serve as a stop area.
